The History of Denver’s Masonic Retirement Home

Eastern Star Masonic Retirement Campus has been serving seniors’ needs since 1931. Located in a park-like setting in South East Denver, this community started as a boarding house for Masonic widows. It quickly grew into a Masonic retirement home with independent patio homes, assisted living, and a memory care neighborhood. Visitors to our community speak positively about how home-like the atmosphere is. They remark how it’s impeccably clean and does not feel like an institution. One other feature that is truly remarkable about our community is our staff. Turnover is very low, and a lot of our staff have been here for more than ten years, and some even 20 and 25 years. They represent countries around the world and embrace all of the residents as family.

Over the years, our Masonic retirement home has expanded and now welcomes all seniors who wish to spend their Golden Years in a safe and comfortable community. We have continually updated our services and facilities to make sure they are as modern and relaxing as possible. Our residents have always found the support they need here, whether they are very independent or require an increased level of support.
