Article I. BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Section 01: The Board of Trustees of this corporation shall consist of nine (9) voting members, five (5) representing the Chapters of the Order of the Eastern Star and four (4) representing the Masonic Lodges AF & AM. In addition, by virtue of their office, the Grand Master, Deputy Grand Master, Worthy Grand Matron, Worthy Grand Patron, Associate Grand Matron and Associate Grand Patron shall be non-voting Trustees.
